"My father is a client here and recently forgot his phone there (unbeknownst to him). When he realized it was missing, it was too late at night and he could not recall where he lost it. The following day, I called and their representative named Blanca let me know that, yes, they had it and would hold on to it for me to pick up. I went in and spoke to Luis who was very polite and attentive when listening to what had occurred.
